nSight is pleased to offer the following benefits to our contract communications professionals:
nSight recognizes your hard work and your commitment to high-quality standards. Therefore, we are pleased to offer you bonus pay benefits.
You will earn 40 hours for bonus pay after you complete 1,000 hours of billable time on nSight assignments in a calendar year. After completing 1,500 hours of billable time on nSight assignments in a calendar year, you will receive an additional 20 hours of bonus pay. After completing 1,950 hours of billable time on nSight assignments in a calendar year, you will receive an additional 20 hours of bonus pay.
These payments will be processed automatically when you pass each milestone. The bonus accrual begins again each January 1st and time cannot be carried forward into subsequent years.
Retirement Savings Plan - 401(k)
nSight has been a pacesetter in the staffing field in providing retirement planning vehicles for its community of contract professionals. This is more valued than ever, as more people are opting for contract job opportunities as a long-term work option. To encourage you to plan for your retirement, nSight provides a matching contribution up to 10 percent of the first four percent of your biweekly contribution.
nSight offers direct deposit service to your checking or savings account. nSight pays on a biweekly schedule, with Friday paydays. With direct deposit, your funds are available to you on the morning of payday. Live checks are mailed on payday, and may take several days to reach you by U.S. mail. We strongly encourage that you take advantage of this benefit, which provides both speed and security for your paycheck. With direct deposit, you will still receive a pay statement showing your deductions and withholdings.
nSight is always looking for new talent to place on contract or direct jobs, as well as prospective clients who could benefit from our broad service offerings. We will pay you a $100.00 bonus if:
- Someone you refer to us is placed on a direct job or works at least 100 hours on a contract assignment for one of our clients
- A company you refer to us becomes a new client of nSight’s staffing, projects, or training division
