Description
This one-day seminar will target the key areas of organization, planning, tracking, and group dynamics that frequently determine the success or failure of an interactive product development effort. Learn how you can tell, in less than 60 minutes, whether or not a multimedia project is at risk of failing. Learn how to assess a project's major structural weaknesses and how to correct them. Learn how to respond to shifting demands, insufficient resources, limited funding, and crushing deadlines. In short, come away with a tool kit of knowledge and skills that will help you survive your projects and get your products released on time and on budget.


Intended Audience:

  • Managers who are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of interactive media or online product. Employees from media development editorial teams.
  • Staff from editorial, design, production, and manufacturing groups.
  • Anyone from an editorial print-based discipline who wants to learn how media products are created and produced.
